If you are just now trying
to break into the pharmaceutical industry, you will need a resume and cover letter that makes you stand out from the others. In addition, you must have a Bachelors Degree. Sales experience is
a major plus, but negotiable. Once your resume and cover letter are complete, you
will begin to send them out and wait for the phone interview. If the phone interviewer likes you, the next step is for you to meet face to face with a Sales manager or Human Resource
employee for the first interview. After the first interview, you can expect to meet several more times with the same manager, as well as other managers.
The final interview will be with the Area/Regional Business Manager. After you
have worked with me, you will be fully prepared to conquer the entire interviewing process.
